Bespoke Leadership and Management Development Programmes

In contrast to most leadership and management development providers, all our programmes have the fundamentals of PINNA's 'coaching approach' at their core.  

Our normal modus operandi is one of partnership working whereby we work with you and your HR or Training Department to tailor programmes to meet your specific needs and achieve the outcomes you require.

Our skilled facilitators are on hand throughout the duration of each workshop to ensure that each team member participates effectively and obtains maximum benefit.

Workshops can be run on a one-off basis, however we find that running workshops with follow-up workshops is usually more effective at embedding learning and creating behaviour change.
