In-House Team-Based Coaching & Facilitation

For those organisations that prefer a team-based approach to coaching, PINNA offers a workshop-style coaching option. We work in partnership with you and (where appropriate), your HR or Training Department to design workshops that will address your specific people issues and help you to achieve your business objectives. Our skilled facilitators are on hand throughout the duration of each workshop to ensure that each team member participates effectively and obtains maximum benefit. Workshops can be one-off or part of a series.
