Jack Rowlands 

Jack pioneered coaching as a senior manager in Royal Bank of Scotland’s Organisational Change Programme in the mid 1990's. This coaching success led directly to a strategic shift in philosophy and management style in RBS Corporate Bank.

Jack is a qualified business and personal coach. He has been a full-time business coach for 14 years. Clients include partners, managers and fee-earners in professional firms of various disciplines and sizes, ranging from ‘Big 4’ chartered accountants and multi-national law firms to 2-10 partner practices. Challenges faced include:-

  • Establishing a business vision which all buy-in to
  • Achieving individual and team goals
  • Business development

Jack works with directors of SME’s in four main areas:-

  • Identify a preferred change of direction for their business
  • Establish clear personal and organisational goals
  • Address people issues constructively
  • Increase performance in priority areas

Helen Bailey 

Helen also comes from a highly successful senior managerial career with Royal Bank of Scotland / NatWest, where key roles included successful implementation of a programme of culture change. Her coaching work combines this real business experience with a passion for personal fulfillment for the individual. Helen is a qualified business and personal coach. She has been a full-time coach for 12 years.

Helen has experience of coaching in all the following areas:-

  • Individuals facing career changes
  • Young people seeking alternative jobs
  • People whose work life is affected by health/social issues
  • Professional Practice owners, managers and workforce
  • Directors of businesses employing up to 250 people
  • Public Sector organisations

She regularly delivers motivational talks/workshops to many and varied local groups.

Stephanie Sturges 

Stephanie’s background is in both the public sector and in successfully developing two SME’s. She has successfully delivered on key responsibilities in training, project management and communications. In this last aspect she reported directly to a government minister in the House of Lords.

She has been a successful personal and business coach and trainer for 5 years, with experience working with:-

  • Groups and individuals in both public and private sectors
  • Young adults to enhance self-esteem, confidence and communication skills
Pauline Clare

Pauline Clare, C.B.E., Q.P.M., D.L. 

In her last policing post as Chief Constable of the Lancashire Constabulary (1995-2002), Pauline led the organisation through significant cultural change, when staff and their development was at the heart of everything that took place. In 2004, the Lancashire Constabulary was assessed as the best performing Police Force in England and Wales.

After 36 years in the Police Service, Pauline retrained in executive coaching, life coaching, team coaching and as a coach trainer. She is currently using these skills when coaching individuals and teams in public and private sector organisations and when training managers on ‘in house’ intermediate and short coach training courses. Additionally she is a lead tutor, training delegates on accredited post graduate certificate courses in executive coaching. She has a B.A. (Hons) degree in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and a certificate in Life Coaching. Pauline is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
